Low Plow

It happens every time it snows around here... You dutifully clear off your driveway and sidewalks as mandated by the city. Then in the middle of the night the city snow plows come by and completely cover the sidewalk you worked so hard to clear and as an added bonus created a 3-foot tall wall of snow isolating your driveway from the street. As the temps dip below freezing, this new addition of snow turns into an immovable snow/ice mixture, meaning you are then helpless, even with a snow blower, to undo what the city plows have done. I've never met a snow plow driver, but I'm willing to bet they love causing problems like this for homeowners. You can see it in their bored eyes as they drive by while you are shoveling.

Snowplow drivers come under the cover of night. I swear they wait for every last houselight on your block to turn out before zipping down the street. Probably turn off their headlights and orange flashers and camouflage the trucks to resemble a moving snowbank.

About Off Center Webcomic

Off Center is published weekly and is a family-friendly webcomic for people who like to laugh and maybe see the world in a slightly different way.

With all the filth on the Internet these days, hopefully this comic serves a refreshing oasis of fun and decency. And, most importantly, it is my hope that you enjoy this comic enough to return each week for the next installment. Always looking for comedic material so feel free to contribute!
