Always seems that when other people work out, they get better and faster results than you do. Must be human nature to see progress in others while not seeing it in yourself. It is always difficult measuring yourself against others. Even measuring yourself against your own expectations is a difficult task, especially if you're a perfectionist. You'd never live up to your expectations. But at least you'll have a lot of ripped pants to show for your efforts!
