Today we had an 80% chance of rain in the forecast. All day long it was bright and sunny. Clouds didn't even threaten any kind of moisture. So I guess the 20% overwhelmingly won out? Interesting world weather forecasters live in. When you play the percentages game with weather forecasting, you're technically never wrong. Whatever the outcome happens to be, you can claim you predicted it as part of your percentage/estimation, no matter how unlikely. That's why there's a 100% chance I don't believe weather forecasters until the weather actually happens.
